Act 29 Section 132 Of The New Criminal Code Allows Men To Sue Ladies That Collect Transport Fare And Refuse To Visit

In a gathering of 100 men, about 80 of them will tell you how ladies collected transport fare from them and ended up refusing to honor the visit. Not until recent, these men were always on the faulty end in the presence of the law. It is without doubt that relationship issues are quite complex to handle moving from the police station to the court. A good number of men have greatly suffered in the hands of ladies when it comes to money matters. Luckily enough, Act 29 Section 132 of the New Criminal Code now permits men to sue ladies that collect transport fare and refuse to visit. Here, we can say that the efforts of the law to get rid of criminality in our society are becoming intense.

This law will certainly help to protect guys from all those ladies that move around doing nothing but collecting transport fare from every guy after promising to visit but ending up not keeping to their words. This is to say that you can now sue a lady that refuses to come to your house after collecting transport fare. The popular Nigerian Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Opetola Dolapo Badmus recently advice men who have fallen victim in the hands of girls who would stylishly collect money (as transport fare to visit) and refuse coming. With her own words, she said in her Instagram post,

“Dear men, If a lady tells you to send her money for transport to come over and you send her the cash and she decides not to visit you, and does not refund the money…
You can refer to act 29 SECTION 132 of the criminal code and file a case of defrauding by false pretence against her. She can be jailed for up to 5 years. Know your rights my brother”

So, ladies be aware because things have greatly changed. Don’t think that you’ll collect transport from a man and make away with it easily. Behold, collecting transport from men without delivering is liable to sever penalties and can even lead you to jail for up to 5 years. Hence, before collecting money from a guy for whatever reason, make sure that you are willing and ready to honor the contract. In other words, be ready and willing to give him what he needs in compensation or else be ready to face the law. In simple terms, we’ll say that you should not collect money from a guy that you don’t love. It is important to understand that the time for taking men as fools is over.
